Products The mzone product set is a complete mobile payments solution that addresses all the elements of the mobile Internet value chain from secure, personalized payment and identification to advanced messaging. Central to mzone is mzone avatar, a mobile platform which enables secure payment, personalization and identification. In order to extend mobile payment services to messaging environments, Network365 has developed an advanced delivery platform, called mzone agora. With the capability to operate in global markets, mzone is designed to allow wireless operators, banks and enterprises to deliver mobile payment solutions from a single source to any device, network or browser. mzone interfaces with existing payment systems and supports the delivery of content and functionality over global protocols including WAP, web, I-mode, J Sky Web, EZ web, SMS and MMS. Customers Network365 has a number of customers in a range of industry sectors. Key blue-chip customers include: Hutchison 3G, a subsidiary of Hong Kong's Hutchison Whampoa, has chosen Network365's mobile payment platform, mzone avatar, to deliver secure payment services to its customers. This will enable Hutchison 3G's customers to make payments from their 3G device using a variety of payment options. The Network365 solution is initially being deployed by Hutchison in the UK and then in other countries where Hutchison Whampoa has 3G interests including Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Australia and Hong Kong. www.hutchison3g.com Hong Kong CSL Ltd is a joint venture of Telstra and Pacific Century Cyberworks and was voted Best Asian GSM Operator in 2001. CSL has installed the mzone avatar secure mobile wallet to allow their customers to make easy and secure payments from their mobile phones and PDAs. mzone avatar is integrated with several merchants and a payments system provided by Bank of China. www.hkcsl.com Taito Corporation is Japan's leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software. Taito has chosen mzone to introduce a new mobile loyalty program for arcade gaming, karaoke, restaurants, mobile content downloads and online shopping in Japan. This will enable Taito to attract new customers by awarding points based on the level of usage of their products and services, offering membership and promoting sales via mobile phones. The agreement was secured with Network365's solutions partner, TIS Corporation, the leading Japanese Information Services Corporation, who recently formed a strategic alliance with Network365. www.taito.co.jp O2 - a subsidiary of mmO2 and formerly BT Wireless, has been offering mobile commerce applications using mzone since 2000. As well as offering flowers, CDs and other gifts, event tickets are available in Ireland courtesy of an on-line integration between O2 (formerly Digifone) and Ticketmaster. The mzone avatar secure mobile wallet is integrated with the O2 portal allowing easy and secure payment. mmO2 was also awarded the licence to operate Europe's first 3G service in 1999 and Network365 was chosen to supply mobile commerce and device identification infrastructure with its mzone product suite. www.mmo2.com Oskar in the Czech Republic is the brand name of Cesky Mobil a.s., part of Canadian-based Telesystem International Wireless (TIW). The company selected Network365's mzone agora to deploy and control innovative applications using SMS messaging, in categories such as media services, infotainment, digital content and community building. www.oskarmobil.cz Celltel Lanka, a unit of Millicom International, is Sri Lanka's first cellular network and offers an innovative bill payment service for its contract or post-paid customers. Celltel uses mzone agora to extend this service to a range of phones and PDAs using a combination of email and SMS. www.celltel.lk Meteor Mobile Communications in Ireland, a unit of Western Wireless International, selected mzone kiosk to sell mobile packages both on the web and by phone.
